This was fun! Again, we cooked up something mentioned in my book Hunting The Empress.
We had a fabulous time making and filming this video. The tacos came out great, and the margaritas tasted very “classic” to me because of the Coco Lopez, which I hadn’t had in a long time.

As I stated in the video, tacos are a “comfort food” for my husband and me. These particular tacos are rich and flavorful and would be excellent any time of year, but in fall or winter, they would especially rock if you live in a climate like ours, with four seasons.
