It’s official…

The audiobook for Hunting The Empress is officially DONE! YES!!!!

I am sooo EXCITED FOR THIS! It has been a long time coming, and it was so much work, but WORTH IT! Honestly, I really enjoyed the process and found it to be more “me,” so to speak…I am very comfortable speaking into a microphone and to the public, and luckily I’ve had plenty of practice over the last 6-plus years. I will be posting here and all over my social media once everything is live.

I also wanted to share my new playlist for book 2 (and a bit for book 3!) that I am loving. The old playlist was a compilation of DECADES of music, with personal meaning and plenty of “inside jokes” 😉 tied to characters and life experiences that really influenced the books. Lyrics are EVERYTHING to me! Music isn’t just about pleasing the ear for me…it has deeper context than that. It’s very much a Pisces thing.

The other playlist was nostalgic, youthful, and fun, offering insight into Raeanna and Ankah’s minds (as well as mine!) As the story progresses, they change a lot (so have I!), basically starting new lives. This is reflected in the music choices in playlist 2, as you will undoubtedly hear. There are still a couple of “oldies but goodies” in this, but not as many. We are moving into the future, as so I felt that needed to be addressed.

I hope you’ll listen to the new playlist a go! I recommend listening to it when you are feeling “frisky” as it will certainly put you in the mood! LOL
